Past Event.
Various shifts starting at 8 am on Saturday, October 19th. Shifts range from 2 – 4 hours. There’s plenty of time to watch the performances before or after your shift!
Pre-registration is required.
Main event is 10 am – 4 pm. Volunteers are needed to:
8 am – 10 am:
- Finish setting up stage areas.
10 am – 4 pm:
- Distribute water.
- Greet/assist guests.
- Parking assistance at El Dorado High School.
4 pm – 6:30 pm:
- Breakdown tables, chairs and popups.
- Remove signs.
