Work Party in Pilot Hill Cemetery

In consideration of and through your participation in this Save the Graves event, you hereby acknowledge and agree that you knowingly and freely assume all risks associated with this event and understand that all natural areas contain hazards such as uneven terrain, poison oak, ticks, and rattlesnakes. You agree to hold harmless and indemnify Save the Graves, their officers and employees, and any volunteer or co-sponsor, from and against all liability for accident or injury to yourself arising out of participation in a Save the Graves event or program. By attending this event, participants grant permission to Save the Graves to lawfully use photos and video in connection with this event for print or electronic publications or promotion, and grant Save the Graves all rights, royalties, or other benefits that may be earned from photos.
